General sales conditions
Prices do not include local taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by law.
[At the time of establishment of the sales contract]
The sales contract shall be concluded when we send the order confirmation email to the customer.
[Cancellation of order, return and exchange]
We cannot accept cancellation of orders after the sales contract has been concluded.
・ Returns and exchanges after delivery of the product are limited to the case where you contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the product.
・ Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges of orders for the following products.
1) Products that have been opened or used
2) Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
3) Products that do not have all the accessories including the package (bag / case)
4) Made-to-order or processed products according to customer's order
・ Our company will bear the shipping cost for returned or exchanged items if the item is clearly defective or incorrect.
・ Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges at their convenience.
・ Except for the cases mentioned in the previous article, we do not guarantee any defects of the sold products.
・ The product photos posted on this website are taken of the actual product, but when viewed through a monitor such as a computer, the color tone etc. may differ from when the actual product is viewed directly. ..
・ Please note that we are not responsible for any problems caused by non-arrival or garbled characters in the e-mails we send to you and the e-mails you send to us.
・ If you order multiple items at the same time and some of the items are out of stock, we may not deliver until all the ordered items are available at our discretion.
・ Some countries and regions may not be able to deliver the product due to security or other reasons.
-Products will be shipped in standard export packaging that can withstand international transportation.
・ Our company is liable for damage or damage to the product due to defective packaging, but we are not liable for accidents caused by improper cargo handling by the customer.
-Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall be transferred to the customer when the goods are delivered to the sea or air carrier in Japan. However, we reserve ownership of the goods until payment is complete.
・ We ship goods or fulfill contract obligations due to war, civil war, riots, labor conflicts, epidemics, fires, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, port bans, government control, or other reasons beyond our control. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the event.
-If the parties cannot resolve any disputes, disputes, or disagreements that may arise between the parties in this Agreement or in connection with them, in Japan, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Association. , Will be finally settled by arbitration. The arbitral award made by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
・ Japanese law shall be applied to the establishment, effect, performance and interpretation of this agreement.
・ This agreement will come into effect on February 25, 2021.
